As a native of Cody, Wyoming, I was born in the place I will forever call home. For me, my lifestyle and career are often one in the same. Real estate grants me the opportunity to interact with the community I know and love, introduce newcomers to the beautiful Cody area, and live a daily routine that is never stagnant.

I found my home in real estate in 2004 when I began as an agent with Coldwell Banker Antlers Realty in Cody. I earned my associate broker license in 2006 and became the responsible broker in 2012, when my wife and I officially merged our lifestyle and career by purchasing the business.

I know the ins and outs of northwest Wyoming and have personal, lifelong connections throughout every aspect of life in the Big Horn Basin. Through these connections, dedication, and hard work, our office has consistently been one of the top-performing real estate offices in Northwest Wyoming. We’re proud to have maintained this level of excellence year after year, reflecting our commitment to clients and our community.

My clients are consistently welcomed into the Cody area, and families easily find their niche in our little mountain town with a great school district and tight-knit community. Cody is where Cathi—my wife of 37 years—and I raised our two daughters, Bri and Abbey, and where we continue to make a life and a living. Bri and Abbey are the fourth generation to graduate from Cody High School and the third generation to attend the University of Wyoming where both Cathi and I earned degrees.

“Poke pride” runs deep in the Brasher family, and our support of the Cody Broncs and Fillies is steadfast. Antlers Realty proudly hosts an annual sporting clay shoot to raise funds for the CHS graduating class senior party, helping ensure a safe celebration on graduation night.

I have served on the board of Park County Title and as chairman of the Wyoming Realtors Forms Committee. I also completed two terms as president of the Northwest Wyoming Board of Realtors and served as chairman of the City of Cody Planning and Zoning. In addition, I have been president of both Cody Girls Softball and Cody Pride Girls Softball.

I’ve called Park County home on and off since 2003, and I’ve been in the real estate world for over six years now, licensed for five. Before joining Antlers Realty, Inc., I spent five years in finance and banking as a Mortgage Lender, which gave me a solid foundation in understanding of real estate, financial operations, and client services skills that continue to guide my work today.

I’m also proud to have contributed to the Wyoming State Forms Committee, and I was recently honored with the President’s Exceptional Service Award for my efforts there.

Outside of work, life in Powell keeps me busy and happy. My husband and I live with our small herd of Dexter cows and our chickens. When we’re not wrangling livestock or tending the garden, you’ll probably find me antique hunting/thrifting, traveling, gaming, or curled up with a good book.
